Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Engagement Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with our existing and new portfolio of clients. The incumbent will also be engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
* Engage with external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions
* Organize and participate in client meetings, presentations, and networking events
* Gather client feedback and insights to inform service improvements
* Design and implement client engagement strategies
* Assist in the development of promotional materials and marketing campaigns
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in a client engagement or customer relationship role, preferably within the IT or cybersecurity sectors
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Familiarity with IT security concepts and practices is a plus
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
